The Perfect Foot Soak

When you think of a foot soak, what do you think of? A warm foot bath at a spa with friends? Or maybe a solo spa day, relaxing with your favorite book with a glass of wine or favorite drink of choice? Well what if we told you that you could have a spa grade or the perfect foot soak at home. First we have to identify what deems a foot soak “perfect”, what qualities should this foot soak have to give it that perfect feel? We believe that it should have euphoric properties, it should be detoxifying, exfoliating, and last but not least herbal. These three ingredients will give you the perfect combination to fill your every need to relax and make the most of your down time.

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

-   1 tbsp. peppermint leaf

-   1 tsp pink mineral salt or sea salt

-   1 tbsp. lavender

 

Directions:

 

Mix herbal ingredients in a bowl and pour into a foot massager or tub. Run water as warm as you tolerate over the herbs, once filled half way let the ingredients steep for 2-3 minutes. This will give the water time to infuse with the herbs and bring out the healing qualities. Soak your feet for 10- 15 minutes and feel the magic happen.
